Creating a random generator in Python? (Beginner) [closed]

I want to create a generator, that helps people find ideas for a certain topic.

I want to implement the opportunity for filtering results as well, so let's say it was a wine brand generator, then people should be able to sort only after french wine, italian wine etc.

I have seen a few python videos, but not really sure where to start, can someone guide me in the right direction? I hope this question is OK here.
