Generating random decimal number with n decimal points in java between two values? [duplicate]

I want to generate a decimal value in java with n decimal points between two values, for example 2.00 and 2.50. I have looked up and all answers lead to JavaScript and not java. Does anyone know what the command would be to generate decimal values?
