How do I randomly generate a stain shape (preferably SVG but other methods welcome)

How do I randomly generate a stain or blob shape? think a splash of paint. How do I randomly generate this with SVG code? something that looks like this but can also be any other shape or colour based on randomness, it won't let me embed images but heres an example: see image here
