Random redirect with htaccess

I have to create some random redirection to the testing application for the 10% of users that are visiting the site. Since this application has only static JavaScript engine, I cannot use any backend like NodeJS or PHP.

Is it possible to create some redirection with htaccess that will pick a random number and depending on it - redirect user to the another URL or not ?
