Generate Random Serial And Write It To FTP

I want to make my visitors sumbit a form then get a serial code for my very own program's setup. On background, solution will create a MySQL table named as the serial code and filled with the forms info. Then from vb.NET, program will look into MySQL to get info about if theres a mysql table like so. If there's one, It will get info and display it, activate the program and remove the table. Is there any way to do it? I need the full code of HTML, PHP, ASP or any other thingys full codes. I only know about basic HTML and vb.NET so I will need an explain also. Please post the code. It will really help me a lot. Sorry for bad grammar, I'm Turkish. Thanks. Heres the form's basics. (Note: My visitors are professionals about HTML & other stuff. They can save as page and get all the database credientals. I dont want it to be, so the passwords must be in another text file which must be not directly called by page.)
