Xcode Scramble imageviews

I'm creating a project where i need 5x5 tiles to be placed randomly. I need to have 9 red tiles, 8 blue tiles, 8 brown and 1 black. My tiles are imageViews. My problem is that I don´t want to have "a random tile" because I always want the number of colors to be the same. How can I solve this?
