math random 0 can have zeros on the right?

my point is the following, Math.random() brings me an number between 0 and 1, excluding the 1, but what happens if the algorithm bring me these:

 0.21731701170415185
 0.9203166921156665
 0.5072768945868098
 0.7774864190342448

and in one of those, would bring me this?

 0

or this

0.0000000000000000
