Excel VBA - change random cells based on criteria [closed]

I'm a beginner with VBA and I would like to find all the cells with "0" in a range and then change x amount of these cells with 0's to "1" randomly. Let's say that in my table below I need to find 3 random cells with "0" and change them to "1". So far I think I got the closet with Randbetween function, but not sure how to use it properly.
