Read TXT file and repeat script n times but with diffrent word

I want to write a script which reads a txt/csv file and repeats it self as much lines there are in the txt file and only uses one word of the file (like if the file has 10 lines the script should repeat it self 10 times) and in the next repeat it should do the same but with an other word with a differenet word
