What control structure can i use to resolve this activity? (PhP) [closed]

I have to do two little programs for a school homework

A- Make a rafle of X numbers (ask how many do you want, between 1 and 20) like a lottery (rand of 00 to 99). Show order and number drawn. Example:

1- 87

2- 34

3- 17

B- Generate random numbers between 1 and 100

1. Always show the number
2. end the loop only when the number is 7, 27, 53, or 93
3. If the number drawn is a multiple of 10, add the word MÚLTIPLO
