How do I seed a random number with a random number and seed another random number with that number?

I don't know what response I'm going to get because I don't know the syntax at all to do what I'm trying to do but this is what I want. After literally years of dabbling I cannot find the correct syntax to do this!

Variables are:

random number 1
random number 2
random number 3

I want random number 2 to be seeded with the value of random number 1 I want random number 3 to be seeded with the value of random number 2

I want to measure if this changes the Statistical probability of the output of random numbers 2 and 3.

I don't know how this will be received, I have just been so frustrated because I cannot find the right syntax!

I plan to add more to the code for more precise measurements to determine what exactly the effects are of seeding and adjusting the values.
