JAVA RANDOM NUMBERS GENERATOR BETWEEN 0 AND 9 [on hold]

Please help me! I need to generate 1000 numbers between 0 and 9 in Java. I should make a program that lets the user select the Fact, Const, M and a starting Seed number and using the equation Num = ((fact * num) + const) mod m, generate those numbers. Please help me!
