Random phone number c#

I want to générate a random number of 8 elements then ask user to try guess the phone number by inputs. The program compares user input to initial phone number.if entered numbers are correctly placed , the program prints the phone number If the entered numbers are un the initial phone number but not in their indexed place, the program prints question marks corresponding to wrong placed numbers . The program loops until user guesses the phone number.
