Change an item with a random number in a list of random numbers without changing the other random numbers

I am trying to change the value of an item in a list of randomly generated numbers to a new random number without changing the random numbers in the rest of the list.

I have tried different combinations of different methods. But I cannot wrap my head around the problem. Using Random is changing (as expected) the other random numbers in the list too.
