How do I make a wordpress random post on homepage that are timed to change every 5 minutes?

I have some custom designed advanced custom field posts in wordpress (astra/elementor) and I am looking to rotate them randomly on the homepage every 5 minutes. How can I do this? I'd rather do it without a plugin.
