Is there a way to randomise default post images of a blog?

Hi I am looking for a script which randomises default images for posts on a blog (not built yet) that do not have associated images. Something along the lines of http://ift.tt/1FO4Uq2 but for posts instead of users. Is this possible to do this with a math.random javascript function with just an image array via CSS?
