jQuery: randomise 2 items 20 times with no repeat

As you see from attached image, it should be randomised yes|no 20 times in each set, however with no repeat. When it will be clicked next button, it should show next randomised version.

And is there any solution for reset randomising? When I click reset button, it should randomise from beginning.
