Looking for graph matrix generator

I need to test how well my algorithm for finding optimal Hamiltonian cycles work and I need a generator, which would generate matrices up to at least 100x100 size. I am looking for a tool which would be able to generate such matrices and also it should allow me to save matrix to a file, preferably txt, so that it would be just bare numbers in a few lines and columns.

Any ideas?
