PRNG linux realization

prompt in what place of a code is realization of PRNG linux when entropy is equal 0.

P.s. I studied PRNG linux, and found that when you cause dev/urandom it takes bits from entropy but if entropy is equal 0, some PRNG is started, that's it I would like to look at this realization, but I can't find it in kernel source codes
