Random Number Generator

I'd like to create a programme that when a start button is clicked it creates a random integer between 0 and 999 and converts this into words e.g one hundred and fourth five then asks what the number is in digits.

Any idea on how to do this? I know it involves Math.random to generate a random number but not sure where to start.
