How to use Microsoft CryptoAPI in fortran to mimic linux /dev/urandom?

I know that Windows equivalent of Linux's /dev/random is Microsoft CryptoAPI.

However, I google a lot, can't find an example of using CryptoAPI in fortran.

Can somebody give an example of this? I want to use it for seeding pseudo random number generator.
