How to randomly generate dominoes in html, css and java

My goal is to randomly generate 100 dominoes. Structure them in the HTML, style them in CSS but then use a javascript function to randomly generate the 100 dominoes and then all the dots randomly 0-6 on the top and bottom tile of the dominoes.

I have no idea how to start this, any help will be appreciated.
