How do you make two buttons with javascript that will have randomized arrays attached?

I am trying to make two separate buttons that are each attached to an array with everything in the array being randomized.

For example, I want to be able to press one of the two buttons and have a popup display one of the many daily quotes I would have stored inside of the arrays. How would I go about doing this?
