Create algorithm from given random numbers

I would like to ask if there is any way to make a program that gives the pattern of given random numbers.. For example, the user would write the first time the numbers 9,6,2 then 7,5,9 then 1,0,9 etc. and the program create the pattern of the random numbers. Thank you
