Excel vba - select a random cell from a range (button)

I am a beginner and trying to make a nandom cell chooser.

I have a list of names in column A - in cell 1 to 10.

I have a button on the sheet - when pressed it should randomly select 1 name in the list and make it another color enter image description here

Any ideas to help me out?
