Periodically reseeding ChaCha20 with hardware random number generator and feeding input with output cryptographically secure?

I have a hardware random number generator to periodically (2^64 cycles) generate the input for a ChaCha20 hashing algorithm. In between this 'reseeding' I feed ChaCha20 with its output. Would this become a cryptographically secure random number generator? What is your opinion?
