How do I select a random line from a text file in Android Studio? (Java)

file name is scramble

I am a newbie in Java and I am trying to make a basic program that gives you a line from the file when you press a button. It also shouldn't give the same line twice. I couldn't figure it out myself so I am asking for help. Thanks.
