BINGO card Maker assignment [closed]

Okay so im going to try and explain it as simple as possible. So for my python class my teacher wants us to make a bingo card. so he want us to create it just like a card and he want us to have random numbers in each column (B , I, N, G, O) B with 1 - 15, I with 16 - 30, N with 31 - 45, G with 40 - 60 and I with 61 - 75. He also don't want nu duplicates values and the purpose of this assignment is to provide practice with while loops and random numbers so hopefully this explains what I need to do and what I need help with
