could not convert string to float random [closed]

I created a random password generator. Then I wanted to make the user choose the length of the password from 1 to 252 and I got stuck.This is my current code

I keep getting ValueError messages, mostly could not convert string to float:'and then two random lettersor symbols'. i would be really thankfull for any help.
