How do you create a command in discord.py for your bot that says something when a command doesn't exist? [closed]

For example, when someone misspells something like !abour or !helpo, is there a way for me to create a command that says whenever there is no command that exists something like "No existing command"? I think maybe there is a way to use a random command for this. I might be wrong, I am a noob.
