With Python, what would be the most random way to simulate the throw of coin [on hold]

Maybe a studip question: What would be the most random way to 'choose' from 0 or 1. Literally like throwing a coin. I want to now which randomness is 'closest to natural randomness'.

Or is b = random.randint(0,1) 'enough random'?

Also if one could do some modulation, it would be interesting how Time now could modulate the randomness.
