I've made a 2D array filled with random numbers (from 22 to 50) but want to add a final row with a different set of random numbers

This is in java. I've made an array with a random number of rows and a random number of columns, filled with random numbers, but I want to add a final row with a different set of random numbers. Any tips are appreciated.
