Is there an XML implementation to randomly translate textviews on android screens?

could you please suggest on the effective ways of moving a set of text views in a screen randomly. I want the text views to bounce accordingly when they reach any of the screen edges. I have been trying for a week on this but couldn't reach on the ultimate solution.
