Random Idea Generator using HTML/JS [on hold]

I'm looking to create a random list-based phrase generator to aid in visual art idea generation. Basically something like this: [Monochromatic] [small] [drawing] [of] [breakfast], where each bracketed word is a segment that describes color, size, medium and subject. I've done something like this in the past but waddyaknow the concept has escaped me. I know it's simple and involves pulling and printing terms from lists but I cannot recall the meat and potatoes. Any help would be extra appreciated!

Okay, this was put on hold for being too broad so I'll try and narrow it down a bit. Basically I want to create several lists which can be drawn from to create a sentence. For instance, the first list is COLOR, second is MEDIUM and third is SUBJECT. So in COLOR we have several terms, e.g. White, Blue, Red. In MEDIUM we have another handful of terms, such as Drawing, Painting, Sculpture and lastly, SUBJECT can be a variety of thing such as Breakfast, Flowers, Spaceship, etc. Now I want to put them altogether from the click of a button or page refresh to create something along the lines of: Blue painting of Flowers.
