Is my random number generator considered as true randomness or not?

I created this random number generator and I would like to know your opinion, is it true randomness or not??

My bitmap is attached below, I created this bitmap using PHP and javascript. The first line of bitmap I added a bunch of random numbers to my database. After that, i compared those numbers with newly generated numbers and then the code added a green box for every true answer and white for every false answer.

If you can see a pattern here, please, let me know and please explain me the pattern, so I could make it even more random.
