Random Tree classifier modification with hashing

I am working on a massive data set on weka, I have tested many classifiers, the best among them all in terms of results and running time(a little bit long but better than others) is Random Tree classifier.

Now, I want to modify the Random Tree classifier to use hashing instead of tree for reducing the running time, is it possible or not, if not why?
