Import a multiple choice test in txt, and extract random questions and answers in Python

We wrote a text file with a multiple choice test (10 questions, each question has 4 possibile answers).
We need to extract randomly 5 questions, the question extracted must be removed from the sample.
The applicant has two attempts (in case the first answer is incorrect) and the answers have to be saved in another textfile.
