Random results/no results from same query (windows/python)

I'm using a python geocode lib to try to obtain standard info (coordinates, geopolitical info, etc.) for a street address or intersection. This code has been working great for about a year now. BUT now I run the code and I often get a 'not found' from my request. I run it again- not found. Run it again- and I get the complete results! I'm not able to ascertain any kind of pattern, but it seems like now 25% of the time I get a good answer and the other 75% of the time I get 'not found'. I haven't touched my code. After first experiencing this I did update my python library to the latest version, but results are still the same. Does anybody know of anything that recently changed on the backend to give me these random responses? Thanks!
