Generate random values in a range, but with bigger probabilities those values near a specific mean

I need to make a function that takes (limit_inf,limit_sup,mean), and generate random values in that range, but i need that values near the mean have bigger probabilities to occur. If someone could help me I'll appreciate it, thanks.
