Android Studio java Random generator should remember to pay

Hey I have an quiz app in the app there are a Random that generated Random parts of an array. So what I want to do is that the Random remembers the numbers and don't give them out again.

private int mQuestionsLenght = mQuestions.mQuestions.length;


updateQuestion(r.nextInt(mQuestionsLenght));
