RANDOM INSERT IN JOIN TABLE (SQL SERVER)

I have two tables:

TableA and TableB And I have an AB jointable I want to randomly insert ids from my table B. And I want to do it 5 times for each id in my table A

How can I do this? Can you give me an example?
