Is JCAUtil.getSecureRandom FIPS 140-2 certified?

I would like to know if the random generator returned by JCAUtil.getSecureRandom is FIPS 140-2 certified? I see the code of JCAUtil.getSecureRandom uses a no-argument constructor. But, in the documentation, there is no mention that the default constructor is "FIPS 140-2 certified". Any help along with a valid reference would be helpful.
