Generate random XOR dataset using numpy.random

I wanted to generate a random XOR dataset using numpy.random.randn() and then plot it using matplotlib.pyplot.

In my attempts i have been able to plot in quadrants 1 and 3, but i am clueless as to how to plot the datapoints in the quadrants 2 and 4.
