How to learn c++11 random number generation? [closed]

Im fairly new to c++ and the c++11 header caught my eye. I have been trying to learn to use this because it has uniformity. I tried watching some YouTube videos but they weren't too helpful. Can anyone suggest me a good source to learn this?
