Allocate random priority in priority queue? (Java)

so I was given an assignment where I have to simulate a service desk with 100+ services with wait times/customers, etc. It's stated that each service request should have a priority (i.e high, medium, low), and that it should be distributed randomly; how would I go about doing that? I know you're supposed to do "your own research" but I kept looking with no luck. Idk if I was approaching the question the wrong way or what, some advice would be great. Thanks in advance
