How do you make a random list of numbers and then ask the user which number they want to remove and then continue until all numbers are removed?

i want make a game that prints a row of ten random numbers then asks the player to choose one of the numbers to remove the list then reprint the list without that number and so on until all the numbers have been removed then print a new row of ten random numbers. don't ask me why. im trying to learn.
