Display random image from a folder after dropping it in the correct place

I am only just starting coding, and I was wondering if you could help me with this.

I am writing a quiz where randomised images of logos need to be put in the correct league/division. The new image will need to appear after the previous one has been dropped in the correct place.

What is the best way of doing it?
