How to segment image using Markov Random Field Matlab Code?

I want to segment image using Markov Random Field. Is it possible and how? I have already googled and found no suitable and easy tutorial to understand. I have read the paper and MRF can be used to detect the correct boundary of images that has been segmented. Who's here who has ever done it? Do you have any tutorial for it? I'm still a newbie and would love to have you help. P.S I can segment using thresholding and some methods but I want to segment it using MRF.
