VBA/Macro to copy and paste rows from different workbook

I have two workbooks rawdata.xlsx and tool.xlsm. I want to be able to copy 4 rows (randomly) from rawdata.xlsx in "Sheet1" worksheet only for those rows which has word "AU"and copy it to tool.xlsm in "Random Sample" worksheet.

I want to paste the 4 random rows starting from cell A2

My data (range) is changing everytime. I need a dynamic range so that there would be no problem on whatever amount of data that I have. Someone help me. I've been asking questions for weeks and still got no answer and idea on how to start. Thanks in advance.
