Java Code Multiple Random Numbers

What code do I use to create multiple random numbers instead of just one so that way the user doesn't have to reopen the app when he/she guesses the number correctly? Where do I insert it? Also, what code do I use to keep the app from not crashing when the user doesn't insert a number and clicks the button to guess?
